Form 16 is not required hereafter

Hi Friends,
 
  Got to know that Form 16 is not required hereafter to file your IT details. You wonder then how? They say its enough if we furnish the details in the Saral form itself, as its becoming annexure-less.
 
   It may not matter much for us (individuals, salaried employees) except ppl who are showing the donation for the charities which comes under Sec 80G. Please go through this link for further information http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/articleshow/1998082.cms
